This is the very first fully electric Mercedes SUV in the luxury segment, an SUV variant of the EQS premium electric sedan.

Every new Mercedes-Benz vehicle today is equipped with Mercedes me. Once activated at the dealership, this tool gives you access to a range of valuable information about your vehicle and allows you to stay connected to it remotely via the app on your phone.
A multitude of services with a free basic package allowing you to, among other things :
Remote assistance and problem detection. With just one click you are connected to your certified Mercedes-Benz service partner, who can assess the problem and determine the necessary action from a distance. This saves time when you visit our workshop, as the diagnosis has already been made ;
This same remote diagnosis system allows you to be up to date with your maintenance and guarantees your safety. You can also make an appointment directly via the application ;
Speaking of safety, the Mercedes-Benz emergency call system is your safety net in case of an emergency. If you are involved in an accident, the communication module in your vehicle is able to automatically connect you to the Mercedes-Benz emergency response centre. In doing so, the system transmits your precise location and the number of occupants in the vehicle. If necessary, the data from the emergency call is immediately forwarded to a Europe-wide emergency response centre, so that appropriate action can be taken as quickly as possible ;
